The woman is the druid. She's holding a plan, natural staff and she's barefoot, which suggest she's close to nature...or a 1960's hippie chick.
Then there is the title, "Mage and Druid" the Mage is on the leff and the druid on the right, matching the title.
Mind you, the Mage seems to be attempting to look down the druid's shirt, but never mind...I'd likely be doing the same in his position!

Now the big question in my mind is, who is the druid, who is the mage? I think the girl is the druid, but then again I've seen druids look like the guy.

How cute. The fluffball looks a little bit like the species known as Snorgelfnuttar from Krister Sundelin's game Trollvinter. Well except those didn't have any wings.
