Just at a guess I'd say that he DOES know that it looks like a swastika, as one of the lil buggers in the background bears a striking resemblence to Hitler, as well. I must say, after prowling through so many images here that I'm quite smitten with the art - The use of light and texture is just stunning.

the symbol is the old celtic symbol for isle of man! but it was used by the nazis during WW2, did ackegård know this..or
