About the Artist

Håkan Ackegård is a swedish fantasy artist living in Linköping. He has worked for swedish game publisher Target Games (of Mutant Chronicles) and on commission for various game clubs, magazines (both inside and outside the hobby), Sverok the swedish national gaming society and private individuals. He regularly tours swedish gaming conventions, selling his artwork and making commissioned fantasy drawings on-site.

Born in 1959, Håkan was a graduate student at the Linköping Institute of Technology and is currently working as a computer programmer.

He rarely accepts artist's commissions anymore (except at conventions), but computer printouts of drawings are for sale, as well as licensed for use. Write him an e-mail to learn more.
