WHO THE HELL CARES!! The picture is good, and if im not mistaken she doesnt appear to be an expert with swords. So perhaps shes just holding it the most comfortable way, she looks like shes trying to hold someone off. And she looks a little afraid or...

So perhaps shes just holding it the most comfortable way, she looks like shes trying to hold someone off. And she looks a little afraid or nervous, Im guessing shes a novice and doesnt know any better. So stop worrying about such mundane details. The picture is awesome.

The way she is holding it is perfect. You guys are used to watching those shows that have to do with samurai. If she wanted to, she could charge at them and win easily.
