I'm trying to figure out what's going on here... is the girl with the symbiotes levitating the girl on the disc somewhere? Is the girl on the disc being arrested? Symbiote girl doesn't look like your normal member of the Harmonium... she has a distinct lack of spiked and bladed plate mail, and that disc looks way too expensive for most prisoners- it would be much cheaper to just make her walk...

She's using Tenser's Floating Disk of course! ;) It's not just useful for hauling home the loot from the latest dragon you ganked. It's a fairly standard spell.
