She has feet somewhere under the skirts, but very often flies. That skirt was quite a problem at lower levels, but as her magic got stronger it was more easily handled. She made herself a pair of Garters of Levitation as a wondrous item.

well that sure looks like a powerful noble with lots of style.
you know the reason i have never played a mage dressed like that is that you never know when you need to fly over a crowd.
i am curios thoug, i cant see any feet, does the lady alweys fly?
