No, she's NOT egyptian
What she is exactly I can't remember, if it was ever disclosed. She is the main Antagonist in the DoD adventure "Siratsia's white spellbook" (loosely translated) from the compendium Barbia to Swedish RPG Drakar och Demoner (DoD). She is presented as the most powerfull sorceress in all of Ereb Altor (The default Game-world for DoD) also one of the most beautiful and persuasive characters in the game (on the GM's discretion of course)
