For me, there is nothing like a rather inexperienced mage who possesses a lot of self-confidence as well as a few hidden resources of power. You never know what youth develop into, do you?

I actually think it's a rather nice idea, showing that not all magicians are old men with long beards or bare-naked ladies... and also the smirk is cool, I think, mostly to show that there are those magicians who really think they are better than their opponent - however, I would never have made a character like this myself, as those who have ever played with me knows; I would rather have gone for the old beardy one... but still, I like it as an example!

Nice interplay between the light and dark aspects of the piece, great work as usual! There seems to be a bit to much "flash and dazzle" to the robe though, I wish it had been toned down a bit. Also, the wizard might seem a bit more regal and refined with a bit of a beard, and maybe lose the smirk.

Well done, yet again! As a diehard gamer freak, I can tell you that this is a scene that I would truly expect to see while walking through the City of Doors! Nice to see a Tiefling in the mix too! You have my thanks!

reminds me of a book....the mage would often change himself into a raven to travel under cover of darkness...
