Yeah it looks alot like Lothlorien from the Lord of The Ring movie released in 2004... only that THIS image was publicated in a RPG supplement in 1994 ten years before the movie(s) was made.

I'm sorry , but this picture is not to great. I applaud the detail, but the angles and movements are completley off. For the artist of this piece, i would advice you to bring the right horses legs in to a sharp curl to give the horse the a running appearance. The artist did a wonderful job on the stag and the left horse. I would also like to say that it would be better if the artist put more detail in the face of the character so it would match the detail of the rest of the picture and not look like anime. Overall, good picture.
