This is Chinese, and Japanese too, and definitely not Jibberish.
For starters, it is the same Kanji my Dojo uses, also I speak a bit japanese and know this one, and third:
In Japan this is the classical, today alternate variant of the Dragon Kanji. If You dont believe it, look it up in a dictionary. There are more than enough online which are really good.

This is MY tattoo your discussing! *proud* The chinese symbol means "DRAGON", but the reason that I wanted a western fantasydragon is because I love Håkans other dragons, and I prefer western instead of the chinese "dogdragons".
