There exists a version of this picture where Telisa only has one boot. Håkan then modified the original version for a publication (where the one boot background would not have been known)

"Boot to the Head" - lol, I'm always blown away when I run into someone else who's familiar with that joke; a sketch comedy team called The Frantics did some skits with that as their raison d'etre.
